BBQ chicken


Quick and easy, if the sauce is made beforehand.



Ingredients
(Serves 2)

2 chicken breasts
1 red pepper
60g mangetout peas
1 onion
100g Basmati rice

1. Cook the rice as instructed.
2.Chop up your chicken breasts and place in a pan with your onions and peppers, cook until the chicken is browned.
3. Add the BBQ sauce to the pan and heat through. 
4. Add the mangetout and cook for another 5 minutes. 
5. Serve and enjoy.
